Create a continuous patterned border. Perfect for paper crafts and more.

To create a continuous border:
Insert paper into slot and depress lever.  Slide paper over and match up the punched out design with the design silhouette that is printed on the bar of the punch. Depress lever again and you're on your way to creating a continuous border.
Works great with 3/8 inch ribbon.
