For use on paper, cardstock, chipboard, wood, metal and other surfaces.

Directions: Sprinkle shimmer dust onto the project surface, spray with water to dissolve and allow to dry.  Sprinkle shimmer dust into mediums such as Colour Blast Heavy White Gesso to colour this product to the desired finish.  Mix into water to create a spray or a water colour.
